Background

BreadBox was founded by Justin Cleary, an industry leader with over 20 years of multifamily experience. Justin started his career in sales, real estate, and software, ultimately becoming VP of Sales at the age of 23 of a mid-market consulting firm.

After leaving that position, Justin decided to dive headfirst into the multifamily business by founding The Philly Apartment Company in 2004. From just 2 staff in 2004, Justin grew the business to over 25 staff which have leased over 10,000 apartments to date, ultimately becoming the largest apartment leasing Brokerage in Philadelphia.

Along the way, Justin has started and managed several other start-ups including BlueSquare Real Estate & Property Management, a 3rd party management company and his latest venture, LeaseUp, a national outsourced leasing service & brokerage.

With 33% of all renter households (14.3 million) having minor children, it's an important question. And as more and more residents with children decide to rent instead of buy, having a true "family friendly" community can become a huge differentiator in the marketing and retention of tenants. So what would a community that is designed around the family and actual children look like? Onsite Daycare This may be a game changer when it comes t...
